Beer is more than just a beverage at the Beer-Infused Dinner at Chesapeake Brewing Company—it's part of the main course. In fact, it's part of every course. The four-course feast at the Chesapeake Brewing Company will unfold from 6 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, December 3rd. It features a different brew in every savory dish, and it culminates in a chocolate treat of your choosing.
For the first course, you and your date can select a pair of appetizers from a list that includes braided pretzels with beer cheese, beer and butter-braised mushrooms, bread stuffed with IPA buffalo chicken, and cheddar-broccoli-beer soup. Next, pick either the garden salad with porter balsamic dressing or the Caesar salad with beer-infused croutons to share. Finally, it's time for your entree. Big Oyster Stout pot pie, "drunken" shrimp and pasta, blackened flank steak with sauteed beer onions, and oven-roasted chicken breast with beer stuffing are among your options. Make sure you save some room for dessert, though, because the kitchen will be doling out everything from a salted caramel bacon porter brownie to a New York Cheesecake with a chocolate stout drizzle. The dinner is $115 per couple, and a portion of the proceeds benefits the Annapolis Arts District.
