Work on Your Funtional Fitness at 12 Labours CrossFit Annapolis


It's easy to find a CrossFit gym today, but when 12 Labours CrossFit Annapolis opened back in 2007, it was only the 112th gym of its kind in the world—today, more than 8,000 cover the globe. Needless to say, 12 Labours CrossFit got in on the ground floor. That means its CrossFit coaches have had more than a decade to hone their skills, unlike newbies at some other gyms.

They've mastered the art of the Workout of the Day (WOD), the cornerstone of CrossFit. Each morning, the coaches debut a new WOD that focuses on functional movements, such as squats, lunges, and jumps. The goal is to build strength and sculpt bodies, but you can take the WOD at whatever pace is comfortable for you. The flexible nature of these workouts is what makes CrossFit accessible to everyone, not strictly people who are already ripped.
