Seafood factors heavily into the menu at Lures Bar and Grille, and that goes for brunch, too. The St. Michael’s crab hash features tender jumbo lump crab meat, tossed over a bed of roasted potatoes with sweet corn, black beans, house-made queso, and pico de gallo, all drizzled in olive oil infused with red pepper, garlic, and cilantro.
Want to skip the seafood? Try the short rib omelet. The chef packs the three-egg omelet with tender beef, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and fried pickle banana peppers. A dash of sriracha queso adds a creamy, spicy twist. When you’re craving something sweet, the chef can certainly oblige with the bananas Foster or the chocolate chip pancakes. Another great time to try the fresh seafood is during dinner, when you can pick your fish or steak and then choose a preparation style from a long list of options.
